13 Roles Enterprise provides technical assistance, debt, outreach, and coordina=on among the various par=es. Local partners will be hosts (roomops, sites). The tax equity source will provide equity financing. An EPC contractor (installer) will install and commission the systems. A developer will help to bring projects together, and operate and maintain them long-term. Local partner and developer in some cases will be the same.
