2 FEES, CHARGES AND SERVICE RATES For the purposes of providing a clear and concise listing of the fees and charges authorized by the provisionsof thisinpaymentforcitylicenses,permitsandservices,afeescheduleissetforth.the headings give the title of the appropriate chapters and articles, as applicable Contracts for collection services Streets Chapter 2.
