11 11 INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP FORM-I AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW Dedicate your movable and immovable properties recognized by Muslim in law as pious religious or charitable and be eligible for future reward of virtues form almighty ALLAH SUBHANAHU WA TAALA, Be remember that once a Waqf always a Waqf. 1. Please read section 36 of Waqf Act carefully and fill up all the columns of Form-l neatly and do not overwrite. If any mistake alteration, correction taken place, put signature beside the said place to confirm its authenticity. 2. The applicant shall furnish two sets of certified copies of document relating to the proposed Waqf duly signed by a Gazetted Officer in the first instance alongwith Waqf deed. 3. All original documents shall be submitted when the case is fully ripe up for registration and pending at the stage of registration after receiving communication from the Waqf Board. 4. If any column is irrelevant to the case of applicant he should mention not applicable against such column and do not leave blank any column what so ever of the form. 5. Personal identification cards need not be submitted in original their copies certified by a Gazetted Officer are sufficient. However such identification cards can be shown to the concerned Officer / Superintendent of the case, on demand. 6. Notification charges shall to have to be borne by the applicant himself and submit the News paper(s) to the Office in which the Notification is published for record. (P.T.O)

It is incumbent on the Muthawalli of the Waqf to get the entries of Waqf recorded / incorporated in the Revenue / Municipal / Survey Settlement Land Record or any other offices where such entries are necesarily required to be recorded / mutated soon after issue of Muntaqab by approaching all such offices and ensure the reconciliation of entries by said offices for safety of Waqf in order to avoid future litigation and submit proof of such reconciliation and mutation of record to Waqf Board. 8. Waqf deed shall contain full details of Waqf, object of Waqf, rules of succession to the Office of the Muthawalli and scheme of administration of Waqf, very elaborately. Since it is a crucial document if need be by getting it registered with Registration Department. 9. Do not suppress / conceal any fact which is directly / indirectly relevant to the registration of the property.
