COMPLETED RESEARCH PROJECTS 2008 Paleoethnobotanist, Malacca Excavation Project (National University of Singapore), Malaysia Conducted on-site flotation of soil samples and completed analysis of botanical macro remains to evaluate feasibility of macroplant collections at a coastal Southeast Asian site Excavator, Kire-Uriwai Excavation Project (Osaka City Cultural Properties Association), Osaka, Japan Excavated at Iron Age Yayoi site in Osaka, Japan to gain experience in CRM excavations and public outreach in Japan Surveyor, Baga Gazaryn Chuluu Project, Gobi Desert, Mongolia Conducted survey and analyzed ceramics to establish typology of Iron Age earthenware in Mongolia and northeastern China.
