5 General information Registration desk The registration desk will be situated in auditorium 3. Badges Name badges will be issued to all participants when they arrive at registration. Access to all sessions will be possible only with your personal badge. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badges during all conference activities. Communicationscenter Telephone, internet access, copyservice and a message board will be available in auditorium 3. Mobile phone We appreciate that all conference participants may need to be contactable during the meeting, but the organisers ask that all mobile phones are switched off or to mute mode in all sessions. We would make a polite request that any calls be made or taken in the foyer or outside the venue. Catering Lunch, teas and coffees are included in your registration fees and will be served during breaks. Dinner and lunch will be served in the cantine right next to the auditoriums. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. Transport All conference facilities are situated next to each other at the School of Architecture. For transport to and from the school see map. The annual meeting of the Nordic Association of Nordic Research The meeting will be held on Friday April 21 st, in auditorium 2. Everyone is invited to participate. Excursion Final registration will be required on registration for the symposium Thursday 20 th.
