The Congregation may applaud after each graduate is presented to the Chancel/or. OCCASIONAL ADDRESS Mr. Frank Hambly, BEc Adel., will deliver the Occasional Address. Mr. Hambly has been Secretary of the Australian Vice.chancellors' Committee since Previously he was a Senior Administrative Assistant in the University of Adelaide. He has also been a member of the Commonwealth Secretariats' Committee on Student Mobility since He was the Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Review of Private Overseas Student Policy (Goldring Report) in THE THANKS The Vice-Chancellor, Professor K.R. McKinnon, will move the vote of thanks. CONCLUSION The Chancellor will close the proceedings. The Congregation is requested to stand as the procession retires.
