Il Seminario pone le basi di una cooperazione bilaterale Italia e Libia sull attuazione di un sistema legislativo, amministrativo e giudiziario che riconosca alle donne, e concretamente applichi, pari diritti in ogni ambito sociale e morale. 1 La condizione giuridica e sociale delle donne in Libia One of the foundations of any democracy is the principle of equality between men and women; where it has not been fully implemented, it becomes a goal to be pursued. The Seminar lays the basis of bilateral cooperation between Italy and Libya with regard to the implementation of a legislative, administrative and judicial system that recognizes the equal rights of women and ensures their actual application in any social and moral field.
