Obtaining highest degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the filed of Area Studies, I taught for 18 years in the University of Peshawar (Pakistan) including part time faculty member in a dozen of other

11 Research Coordinator Frontier Research & Development Initiatives Peshawar January 2008 till date SHORT TERM CONSULTANCY I worked as Consultant in 1998 for a joint field study of Frontier Resource Centre Peshawar and Asia Foundation in Talash (Dir). The theme was Women Empowerment in Talash after the intervention of NGOs. I was member of the National Facts Finding Mission constituted by the Pakistan NGOs Forum (PNF) which visited Hazara Division in order to probe into the ongoing violence against the NGOs. Worked as Consultant with UNICEF in May 2008 for a study Review of Vagrancy Ordinance 1958 in the light of International Child rights Convention. Worked as provincial Consultant in National Assessment of Scial Welfare Departments by applying total quality control tool CAF(Common Assessment Framework). The study was financed by UNICEF 2011 Worked as Team Leader in a Field Study Assessment of Impact of free distribution of text books in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa jointly financed by DFID(UK) and P&D Department Government of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa 2012 I performed as supervisor for the following research studies: i) Child Labor in Peshawar ii) Violence Against Women(A case study of Peshawar) iii) Women Protection Bil-a critique iv) Child labour in Charsadda v) Child Labour in Mardan.
