1 Quick Questions Amenities Of the 35 participating in the survey, 10 senior housing communities (28.6%) are in a rural setting, 11 senior housing communities (31.4%) are in a suburban setting, and 14 senior housing communities (40 %) are in an urban setting. Of the 36 survey participants: 9 (25%) have 1-25 residents, 4 (11.1%) have residents, 10 (27.8%) have residents, 2 (5.6 %) have residents, 3 (8.3%) have residents, and 8 (22.2%) have 200+ residents.

2 All Other Responses Submitted: We have some units with a patio area, but only a few. Transportation is only for shopping and social outings. Washer/dryer is hookups -- we don't provide the washer/dryer. In cost area below cable and internet is hardwired and they contract separately with the cable or phone company for those services. Central large group area for dining, groups, gatherings, etc. The window coverings are shades not window treatments. Tenant garages. For our A/C the tenant can provide their unit or rent one from us at the cost of $60/year which we bill out at $5/month year round. For the months of June-Sept. if they have an A/C unit they pay an additional $9/month for the electricity as electricity is included in their rent otherwise. As for cable television and internet service in the apartment unit that is determined by the provider. We provide the outlets. But we do not charge for our wireless service which is available in our common lounges. Each area and apartments are different with different amenities offered. i.e. air conditioning--some are central, some are wall, and some are window. We have some apartments with balconies, some with parking spaces, and some with patios. Some have bay windows, some are efficiency, some are full kitchen apartments, some have bathtubs, some have roll-in showers, and some have a tray base. Garages are available for $25/month and telephone is available for $6/month. Covered parking is available for 12 residents (rental of garage). Fitness and Aquatic Center, emergency response system, access to other levels of service as needs change, Meal plan options, technology staff to assist with needs.
