An EPC Project that included finishes, electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing, security, architectural and stage lighting, furnishings, equipment, and technical theatrical and sound engineering. The project also included the excavation of two levels, 10 m to 14 m deep, for the theater pit and adjacent facilities. The design was inspired in traditional and acoustic enhanced opera houses, in addition to including contemporary acoustic concepts and elements to allow for its broad use as a multipurpose space. The stage has different lifts that allow for the performance of orchestras, symphonies, operas, ballets, plays and conferences. The lifting platforms also facilitate the assembly and disassembly of scenery, making the process much faster. It includes an orchestra pit that can also be used as an extension of the stage. Additionally, the theater also has dance, orchestra and choral rehearsal rooms. Intursa S.A. It has four levels of basement parking, a fifth basement where cisterns and mechanical rooms are located, a main restaurant and a specialty restaurant, shops, a Pisco bar, a spa, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, conference rooms, ballroom, among other areas. The tower is primarily used for accommodation, from the 5th to the 30th floor, and has 301 rooms, one of which is the presidential suite on the 30th floor. Additionally, the Lounge Club, the hotel s most exclusive bar, is located on the 29th floor. The hotel also has a spa built on a total area of 3,000 m 2 which is available to its guests. It is made up of 14 fully equipped treatment rooms, four hydro massage rooms, a multi service room, heated pool and gymnasium. The Convention Center, covering an approximate area of 2,600 m 2, has 17 rooms that can accommodate from 10 to 2,000 guests in rooms of up to 1,700 m 2. Both the Spa and the Convention Center are considered to be the largest, most modern and fully equipped in Peru. The recreation area includes a swimming pool, movie theater room, gymnasium and sauna; finishes include plastering and paining of apartments, grouted basements, rustic plastering of the façade and eaves, and fair face concrete columns. Viva GyM El Agustino, Lima Number of Apartments 4510 Number of Buildings ,226 m 2 Period / This megaproject is a residential complex comprising over 4,500 three bedroom apartments, with two bathrooms, distributed throughout five story buildings. They included installations for natural gas connections. In addition, the project includes eight large parks, a shopping center, a supermarket, sport courts, educational centers, the new Municipal Palace, police station, among other benefits. It is located where the former La Pólvora quarters used to stand, on Avenida Ancash, very near downtown Lima.

All floors included finishes, electrical installations and plumbing, air conditioning systems, ventilation and extraction systems, medical piped gas systems and fire water; in addition to the administration of elevator contracts, structured cabling, LPG, detection and alarm system, CCTV, automation and monitoring, heating system. Lima Miraflores, Novotel Hotel A four star hotel with 208 rooms built on a total area of 14,400 m 2. It comprises a nine story building, two basement parking levels and one services basement. It boasts a convention center, restaurant, bar, sauna, gymnasium, swimming pool, beauty salon, massage room and videogame areas. Lima San Isidro, Hotel Hilton Double Tree Paracas Great Suites A two story hotel with 124 rooms and a total covered area of 9,860 m 2. Lima Miraflores, Cipreses A multifamily housing building comprising 133 apartments with an average of 130 m 2 distributed among three towers (two 15 story towers and one five story tower) and four levels of basement. Mexico Mexico City, Los Parques de El Agustino Residential Complex Nueva Fuerabamba Construction of the Nueva Fuerabamba city 3,800 m.a.s.l. The project includes earthworks of around 10 million m 3, revitalization, construction of 441 single family homes, from 200 to 250 m 2, and the construction of public buildings; in addition to the installation of utility services, such as electricity, water and sewage. The project also includes the construction of the Los Parques de Carabayllo Construction of 1,200 apartments distributed among 50 three story buildings. The project includes land revitalization and supply of drinking water through groundwater extraction. The building has a metallic wall and five bridges (metallic structure) that connect the wall to the building; in addition to common areas, such as the lobby, commercial area, multipurpose room, gymnasium, cafeteria and swimming pool.
