7 DOMANI First Place Winner Excellence Award Category: Commercial Building 2014 Year of inauguration: calle zona 15 Vista Hermosa II DOMANI is a one-of-a-kind Premium Office Building. It is located in a harmonious and privileged environment in the Vista Hermosa II area. Thanks to its access routes and to its wide commercial development, this area offers the best comfort for users and visitors. DOMANI is different from other office buildings because of its bold architecture, as well as for establishing a new standard in energy efficiency in Guatemala, which lets users save up to 40% on their energy consumption, compared to a traditional building. This corporate building was designed far from the traditional rectangular block; it has a set of volumes that project shadows and at the same time create open spaces, which transform in common-use and private terraces in some floors. Designed by: Corporate building with more than 19,400 m 2 of construction, with 64 office space units in 17 floors. It also has 5 floors for parking, and a semi-basement.

9 AVANTE Year of inauguration: calle zona 15 Vista Hermosa II AVANTE is located in an exclusive area of zone 15, which offers elegance, exclusivity and safety. It has easy and immediate access to all the services that Vista Hermosa has to offer. The building has a modern and state-of-the-art architecture, and it also has very few offices in each level, as well as natural illumination in the halls. It offers energy efficiency on the temperature control, thanks to the double glass facade and pergola system. Designed by: Office building with approximately 28,000 m 2 of construction. It has 40 office space units, and 5 commercial spaces distributed along 15 floors. It also has 5 underground parking levels for owners, as well as parking space on the ground level for visitors. It also has a rooftop heliport.

11 AVANTE EL SALVADOR Year of inauguration: 2010 Urbanización Madre Selva 3. Calle Llama del Bosque Poniente Pasaje S Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán, San Salvador. AVANTE EL SALVADOR was conceived as the most prestigious business center in El Salvador; it s located in Madreselva, the premium area in Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán. AVANTE EL SALVADOR offers appreciation and exclusivity in a wide-open concept with flexibility of areas, innovation and comfort, as well as quick access to nearby services. This business center was designed with the highest standards for safety, architectural merit, and functionality, which reflect elegance and status. Designed by: AVANTE EL SALVADOR is a business center with 89 office space units, in more than 41,500 m 2 of construction. The first level has commercial spaces, which showcase gastronomic household names.

13 CRECE I Year of inauguration: calle zona 4 de Mixco. CRECE Business Community, is an innovative concept, which is part of a master plan that offers its clients the infrastructure to combine various services for their commercial activities with DISTRIBODEGAS, Distrilocales (commercial spaces) and office spaces. CALIDAD INMOBILIARIA developed CRECE based on a thorough analysis of the ideal architecture for the land, taking into consideration the appropriate orientation of the building, related to the sun s path; in order to take better advantage of natural light, ventilation and materials. The construction incorporates elements such as adjustable crossed air circulation, inside the office spaces, an air extraction duct with syphon effect, and solar protection, which allows the use of non-reflective glass and lets more natural light inside the office spaces. It also has vegetation on the walls and rooftop, which also work as solar protection, resulting in thermal benefits and also contributing to maintain the water cycle and give oxygen back to the atmosphere. Designed by: CRECE offers an integral combination of opportunities and has environmental-friendly qualities with a high-quality architecture. It has 68 office spaces on 15 floors, for a total of 20,206 m 2 of construction.

24 TORRE 360 Year of inauguration: av zona 15, Ciudad de Guatemala An apartment building located in a privileged spot in the Capital City; an area with great real estate appreciation, harmonious surroundings, and spectacular views from every apartment. It has many access routes, communicating with the most relevant areas of the city. TORRE 360o has been developed for a target market that wants to live in a centric location, which allows them to enjoy more time and have everything they need at hand. The building s architecture is modern and incorporates energy efficiency, also taking into consideration natural lighting and ventilation. Designed by: Apartment building of 70 units and more than 13,446 m 2 of construction in 19 floors. On the rooftop, there is a gym and a sky lounge that offers inspiring views. The building also has a yard and playground.

26 URBANA Year of inauguration: calle 5-45 zona 10 URBANA has been developed for a market segment conformed by young professionals who work in zone 10 and who seek to live an urban lifestyle on an unbeatable location, next to PLAZA FONTABELLA, one block distance from OAKLAND MALL, and just a few steps from the most exclusive restaurants in Guatemala. Its design is innovative and unique, offering carefully selected details in every apartment; giving its residents all the comfort they need to live plentifully, inside and outside. The design considered comfort with natural ventilation and illumination. Designed by: Apartment building of more than 13,652 m 2 of construction, with 66 apartments, distributed in 18 floors, and 5 underground parking levels, which provide comfort and style to the residents.

Exclusive residential complex located in Antigua Guatemala s town center, only 6 blocks from the Central Park. REAL SITIO DE ARANJUEZ is a one-of-a-kind project, which offers its residents a real getaway. It has a classic design from Antigua with colonial details that can be seen in each one of its 2-level houses, which have 2 bedrooms and one mezzanine, allowing the residents to enjoy a restful and relaxed getaway. Designed by: Residential complex with more than 14,000 m 2 of construction, which include 14 colonial-style houses and 10 loft apartments.

30 LIV Year of inauguration: avenida 3-02 Vista Hermosa I, zona 15 Apartment building in Vista Hermosa I, developed with the goal of harmonizing your energy and lifestyle. The building has many amenities where you will be able to exercise, relax, have fun and celebrate life. LIV has flexible interior spaces, which are very well illuminated, as well as exterior spaces created for letting the positive energy in you flow even better. Designed by: LIV is an apartment complex with more than 29,000 m 2 of construction in two buildings. Building 1 has 17 floors and Building 2 has 16. Both buildings in the complex have 2 ways of access, double security because they are located inside a private residential community, natural illumination and ventilation, energy efficiency systems, as well as many different spaces designed to strengthen your energy.

32 ALTOS DE CASA BELLA Year of inauguration: 2005 Road to El Salvador, KM Surrounded by nature in the area, ALTOS DE CASA BELLA has apartments that offer peacefulness and a harmonious environment near the city. Contemporary design, inspiring comfort, and a repairing rest for its residents. Designed by: 3-level apartment building, located 20 minutes from the capital city, the complex has a social area, common green areas and an underground parking level for residents and visitors. ALTOS DE CASA BELLA has around 3,500 m 2 of construction, which include twelve 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments.

We have defined a design that helps make operations easier inside and outside of the warehouses, so our clients can optimize their time and space. We understand that, in this industry, access points play a key role in the performance of each company; therefore we make sure that we select locations that can truly contribute to their operations.

37 DISTRIBODEGAS Year of inauguration: calle zona 4 de Mixco. DISTRIBODEGAS was developed as a response to the imminent need for adequate facilities for the industrial distribution area. It offers a functional and efficient operation, with independent commercial and operative fronts, which allows the users to consolidate operations, administration and commercialization in one strategic location with access to the city s principal ways. Designed by: Industrial complex with more than 10,000 m 2 of roofed construction, and 4,000 m 2 of urbanized areas. The complex has a total of 11 warehouses and 3 levels.

39 DISTRIBODEGAS 2 First Place Winner Excellence Award Category: Industrial construction 2011 Year of inauguration: av Colonia El Naranjo zona 4 de Mixco, Guatemala As a response to the great success of DISTRIBODEGAS I, this second phase of the project was developed as an extension, in the same area of CONDADO NARANJO. The complex has peripheral circulation, which optimizes the loading and unloading path. It also has underground parking space for workers, making it easy for the users to consolidate their commercial and administrative operations in one strategic location with access to the city s principal ways. Designed by: Industrial complex with more than 17,500 m 2 of construction, and a total of 27 warehouses and 3 levels.

This project was developed as an industrial concept which is part of CRECE, Business Community; and just like the two DISTRIBODEGAS projects before it, it offers the ideal infrastructure to combine a variety of services for your operative and commercial activities. Industrial complex of more than 8,600 m 2 of construction; a total of 17 warehouses and 3 levels. Designed by:

43 DISTRIBODEGAS 4 Year of inauguration: calle Z 4 de Mixco Condado El Naranjo DISTRIBODEGAS 4 has been designed to make the operations inside and outside of the warehouses easier for the users. It has a loading and unloading area that is completely independent from the administrative area, which improves the companies logistics and provides privacy to the administration, as well as a better supervision of the warehouse operation. Designed by: Private complex with more than 41,000 m 2 of construction, with 1-level and 2-level warehouses. It has 29 warehouses, privacy wall on the perimeter, security gate, and parking space for visitors. Each warehouse has a loading and unloading area.

45 DISTRIBODEGAS 5 Year of inauguration: 2019 Las Tunas, Industrial Park. Mixco, zone 4 DISTRIBODEGAS 5 is one of the most innovative concepts in the warehousing industry inside the recently developed Las Tunas industrial park, in zone 4 of Mixco, located 4.2 Km from the ring road through El Naranjo Boulevard, or 4.6 Km from Calzada San Juan through San Nicolás Boulevard. Industrial complex with more than 35,400 m 2 of construction. Warehouses from 310 m 2 with the possibility of expanding to up to 2,800 m 2. Office space included in the design, which will make control and administration of the warehouse area easier. More than 100 parking spaces available for users and visitors in the operations and logistics area.
