LOCATION Solent Business Park is the South Coast s principal business park. It is located equidistant between Southampton and Portsmouth, some 10 miles to the north west and south east respectively. The Park lies adjacent to Junction 9 of the M27 motorway, approximately 80 miles south west of London and 20 miles south east of Winchester. SOUTH COAST OFFICE MARKET A continued reduction in supply of good quality office accommodation in the City Centre of Southampton and Portsmouth has led to an increase in activity in the out of town market, at the southern end of the M3 and along the M27 motorway that runs from Southampton to Portsmouth.
