PROJECT CONCEPT NEOPOD ONE is set to revolutionise downtown properties for a wide section of KL residents. After extensive research, the results showed that most young professionals desire affordability first and foremost while having access to a premium location with a lifestyle to match. We designed the concept of Neopod One to meet these needs. Neopod One will offer studio-style compact suites as fully-furnished, and will come fully-equipped with appliances, home devices and creatively designed built-in cabinets as well as fittings and modern lightings. PROJECT CONCEPT Neopod One, studio-style pods or suites residence located in the heart of the city, is designed for: Malaysian Young Working Professionals Junior Expat Professionals International Students Also suitable as executive offices for micro-businesses such as: Web designers and developers Independent young professionals (accountants, auditors, lawyers, architects) Small companies with one or two employees Unless they live in Kuala Lumpur with families, or share their living space with others, commuting young professionals who live in KL s suburbs and outskirts face massive traffic jams when coming into the city that can cause daily delays of up to two hours each way. Young independent professionals and owners of microbusinesses (graphic designers, web developers, lawyers, accountants, architects, etc.) who base their practices in the city face both size and affordability challenges. While shoplots are affordable, they are no longer sufficiently presentable or convenient to meet the needs of modern working professionals who aspire for higher grade facilities and services to represent their practices. When young professionals and microbusiness owners consider space in the city s premium office towers, they find that these towers are lacking in small office sizes, and that some will only rent entire floors that are unfurnished and unequipped.
NEOPOD ONE A dedicated management team for Neopod One will handle the building maintenance and billings. The team will also be trained to coordinate rental management and marketing, suite maintenance and repairs, as well as community relations. Optional studio cleaning services can also be offered.
