Project development is currently in the early stages of design. The project will be finalized using local and state funds. Project estimates are in 2015 dollars.

Right-of-Way and Easements Construction of the project requires right-of-way acquisition and easement acquisition. Additional easements for construction access, drainage, and/or utility easements will be likely beyond those shown. Local and state processes and procedures will be followed by Albemarle County once plans are approved for right-of-way acquisition by VDOT. Albemarle County s right-of-way and easement acquisition consultant is here tonight and available for questions. Please visit the R/W table with questions.
