Three major contracts have been signed. The forth major contract, which comprises more than 80% of the total loan amount, is expected to be signed by July/2012. Until then, disbursement rate will still remain low. Nevertheless, the implementation of the other three Page 1 of 5
signed contracts was satisfactorily evaluated by the Bank team during the last supervision mission. The Municipal Government and the PMU continue committed to the implementation of the Project. A portion of the families living in the project intervention area was properly resettled and the area is being rehabilitated for beginning of works. Even though the project is moving toward the development objectives, the project still faces its early stage to report the progress toward reaching them.
