SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONDOMINIUM OFFERING PLAN FOR THE 355 HUMBOLDT STREET CONDOMINIUM, LOCATED AT THE 355 HUMBOLDT STREET, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK The Offering Plan dated January 4, 2017 for condominium ownership of premises located at 355 Humboldt Street, Brooklyn, New York, as heretofore amended (the Plan ), is hereby further amended by this Second Amendment as follows: 1. Attached hereto as Exhibit I is an addendum to the Architect s Report, an Architect s Certification to the addendum, and a revised set of floor plans setting forth the following changes which have been made to match the amended and approved DOB drawings: a. A common storage closet has been added in the cellar. b. There have been minor kitchen layout changes in all units. c. Unit 1: i. Door to mechanical room closet now opens outward, rather than inward. ii. The door to the mudroom is now a sliding door. iii. Floor Plans showing as built ; SF decreased from 1165 to 1154. d. The Schedule A in the Plan incorrectly stated that Unit 1 shall be allocated accessory space in the cellar (462 sf). The Floor Plans however, listed the space as common element. Attached as Exhibit II is a revised Schedule A removing the cellar space from Unit 1 to match the floor plans. The revised Schedule A also incorporates the changes above. 3. Attached as Exhibit III is a new 339-i letter. 4. The term of the Offering Plan is hereby extended for a period of six (6) months from the date hereof. 5.
