The room is quiet and well-lit since it has one huge window and is on the third floor. Look out over a park. Slightly larger than most SP rooms, but kitchen slightly smaller. It really feels more like a studio apartment with shared kitchen because SP rooms are huge. Move-in date is flexible. Move out date might be flexible if I decide to renew my lease after August 15th.
