Revenue Model This is negotiated case by case. There are several models: (a) the owner receives a fixed monthly amount; (b) the owner receives a variable amount depending on sales, or (c) a combination of the two previous models Revenues from optional services go to the operator, which takes care of all aspects of them. Expenses All operating expenses are paid by the operator. The only costs to the owner are those pertaining to ownership: home insurance, municipal and other taxes, condominium fees, as well as major maintenance work (paint, finishings and equipment).
