Buyer Presentation templates are available for all metros.
A Buyer Presentation will start similarly to a Seller Presentation. You can skip directly to the PAGES tab if you would like to use the presentation as is, without adding any property or CMA information.
If you opt to use the CMA features, begin by selecting a property listed on an MLS or a location. An optional feature will allow you to include your client s work address to search for properties within their commute.
Select relevant properties for your buyer. You can search for properties by Drive Time Search to find properties within a specific commute time to their work.
Optionally, prepare Estimated Pricing and Estimated Closing Costs to include in your presentation.
Moxi Present Don t forget to add CMA Report Pages from the Page Library! To include your selected properties and pricing information, you will need to select the Report Pages you wish to use from the Page Library and position them in the order you d like them to appear in your Buyer Presentation.

Cover Page Cover pages for the presentation If you have selected a subject property and want to use the photo for that property as the cover instead of the provided Coldwell Banker Buyer s Guide page. Agent Profile Agent profile information To display your Moxi profile information and bio in your presentation. Property Summary Subject property summary with agent remarks Only use this page if you have selected a subject property and want to feature the details of that property. Listing Location Map Listing Overview Side by Side Comparisons Status Comparisons Map of subject property and comparables Comparable listings with details Side by side comparisons of subject and comparable properties Property comparisons and averages by status To display all selected properties on a map. To include the full details of each listing. This page is particularly important to include if you are using the PDF presentation as it will include the full listing details for each property in your PDF. To show details of each selected property side by side. You can configure which details you want to display in the page settings. To include a comparison of properties and their size/price details sorted by status.

Listing Averages Price and listing info averages To provide summary averages (size, price, days on market) for all properties you have included. Price & Days onmarket Graph of property prices and days on market To include a graph highlighting the pricing of properties compared to days on market. Price & Size Graph of property prices and sizes To include a graph highlighting the pricing or properties as compared to the size of the property (sqft). Estimate Comparison Pricing Analysis Purchase Costs Compare comp estimates to actual sold prices Subject property price approximation and remarks Buyer itemized worksheet(s) including fees and costs Only use this page if you have included sold properties. Include to show accuracy of Zestimates compared to Sold Price. Include to show target purchase price range and remarks for the Subject Property. The subject property photo will be used as the background image on this page. Include to show a breakdown of purchase costs and fees based on the data provided in the ESTIMATE tab of your presentation.
Buyer Presentation Report Pages We recommend adding Listing Location Map, Listing Overview, and Side by Side Comparison pages. Include any pages from the Report Pages section that you wish to add to your presentation.
Moxi Present When you re ready to share your Buyer Presentation with your client, click the Send button and fill out the required fields. Then, click Send.
