OUR HERITAGE - THE YEARS TEACH US MUCH WHI CH THE DAYS N EVER KNEW - ZOM s roots in the Netherlands run long and deep. Our founder, Joost Zyderveld, built a successful energy business in Rotterdam in the 1960s, funded by local Dutch investors. He then turned to real estate, and moved to central Florida in 1977, carrying over the ZOM name, and investing in local projects with his loyal Dutch partners. ZOM s first apartment project was developed in 1986. He sold the company in 1997 to Hans van Veggel, another successful Dutchman, and ZOM s apartment production and industry reputation grew quickly. ZOM s investor base transitioned from private Dutch capital to U.S. institutional investors, solidifying a foundation for future growth. ZOM now operates in five regions throughout the U.S. and has developed over 18,000 apartments. Our projects have garnered over 160 industry awards. ZOM s success through the years is largely owed to the trust placed in us by our shareholders and capital partners. This trust was built project by project over decades, with our first priority being to preserve the capital entrusted to us, and ultimately to deliver above average riskadjusted returns to our owners and partners. The lessons of our day to day experience have accumulated over the years, bringing us a good measure of both wisdom and perspective. This has enabled further expansion of our capital relationships to include the leading investment firms and banks in the industry. As we enter ZOM s fifth decade in real estate, we are optimistic about the future. We recently rebranded the company to ZOM Living, as our projects are more about experience and emotion, than bricks and mortar. Demographic trends continue to deliver a steady flow of new renters into the housing market, primarily millennials and aging baby boomers, who find rental housing more attractive than homeownership. Recent changes in U.S. tax law will further encourage renting instead of owning. We continue to focus on highly walkable urban locations. ZOM will expand into the Chicago market this year, and we are exploring opportunities in Boston and New York City. We also move confidently into senior housing, as the leading edge of the baby boomers is now 70 years of age. These aging seniors are also attracted to urban living, and are looking for higher levels of service and lifestyle amenities, which is what ZOM Living is all about. HAZEL SOUTHPARK U P S C A L E L IV IN G IN C H A R LOT T E S A F F LU E N T S O U T H PA R K D IST R IC T Hazel SouthPark, a 203-unit, 6-story midrise, is under construction on a highly walkable location at the center of the SouthPark submarket of Charlotte, North Carolina. The project will consist of 456 apartment homes to be housed in two 8-story buildings connected by air-conditioned walkways. Residents will be steps away from the fashionable Las Olas Boulevard and will enjoy convenient access to downtown amenities such as The Riverfront, Broward Center for the Performing Arts and the hip, cultural area emerging at Flagler Village. Las Olas Walk has excellent visibility along Federal Highway and is located near 5.8 million square feet of Class A office space. As national trends indicate a rebirth in urban living, downtown Fort Lauderdale is poised to experience a significant increase in residential population, which will continue to feed into the livework-play vision. The Las Olas Walk site achieved a WalkScore of 95 and is within blocks of Brightline s new Fort Lauderdale station which will foster commuter transportation as well as business and tourist travel between Miami and Orlando. The Wave Streetcar stop is a 5-minute walk, providing convenient transportation within the downtown area. Las Olas Walk will boast 7,500 square feet of private resident amenities on the ground floor. Adjacent to the amenity areas and enveloping the canal will be a large courtyard that is anchored by a resident pavilion with outdoor bar and lounge. Extending above the canal will be a deck and floating dock which will give residents the opportunity to experience the water via paddle board or kayak. In addition to the ground floor amenities, an expansive 20,000 square foot rooftop deck will be located on the 8th level of the South Building and provide residents with expansive views of the New River, Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beaches. A scenic infinity pool will illusively transition into the natural Himmarshee Canal, which flows to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The project is scheduled to break ground Q2 2018 with first units delivering in Q4 2019.

MUZE F INAL C R ESC END O I N TH E M E T M I A M I N EIGHBORHOOD Muze will add 391 luxury residential units to the Met Miami complex, which includes 800,000 square feet of office space, a JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Whole Foods Grocery, 2,000 space public parking garage, and more than 30,000 square feet of restaurants and retail. Muze is surrounded by an array of retail, public parks, fine dining, and convenient public transportation. The distinctive 43-story highrise features a 24-hour complimentary valet service along with two levels of retail below a 16-screen, Silverspot boutique cinema. Retail at street level will include a Real Madrid Café, and Novikov, a Pan-Asian concept with locations in Dubai, London, and Moscow. The residential floors will house a maximum of 11 one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging from 662 to 1,386 square feet, allowing for intimate living quarters and a slender tower that maximizes metropolitan views. First units will deliver in Q2 2018. MUZE SEAZEN LU X U RY WAT E R F R O N T L IV IN G O N TAMPA BAY With more than 750 linear feet of shoreline, Seazen s residents will enjoy spectacular views of Tampa Bay. Seazen at Rocky Point is a 323-unit, 3 and 6-story wrap featuring spacious one, two, and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes. Atelier is located at the convergence of the city s influential entertainment and financial districts, and adjacent to the emerging Uptown business district and Klyde Warren Park.
