EFFORTS OF TEAM O2 O2 Valley has been one of the fastest developed project in Greater Noida west and the quality has been given utmost importance throughout. We were the first ones to start a regular interaction with our esteemed customers in the form of Eco Updates a quarterly newsletter with all the developments happening at site and around. We have conducted surveys to examine our own conduct and also launched schemes for our existing customer base. In our journey we also faced roadblocks which hindered our pace of construction like NGT ban and few temporary supply issues of raw material.

EFFORTS OF TEAM O2 An unprecedented macro economic condition with the name of demonetization took all the industries by surprise. Real estate was effected the most because of obvious reasons. Due to demonetization, cash crunch was reported across all industries and real estate being one of the most cash intensive sectors suffered like none. Labour is one of the most important component in the construction of any project and we were not able to pay them in cash. Consequently, labour payments were effected leading to low labour count and loss in construction progress.

Amrapali & O2 Deliverables as per BBA As mentioned in BBA and overall understanding Amrapali is the owner and O2 is the developer in this Joint Development Agreement. Amrapali Centurian Park has defaulted against land payment. Payment of O2 Valley land from O2 to Amrapali has been transferred wholly. We are constantly perusing Amrapali to make the payment to authority asap.

Timelines Delivery Timeline 3 year + 6 months from the dt of commencement of construction. Commencement of construction dt for tower 15&16 22nd Feb 2014 Commencement of construction dt for tower 17 & 18 30th May 2014 Force Majoure Points: Sand Supply Issue, NGT Ban, Demonitization which adds upto 7 months.

Possession Timelines as per BBA O2 possession commitment - tower 15 in May. 2018 O2 possession commitment - tower 16 in May. 2018 O2 possession commitment - tower 17 in July 2018 O2 possession commitment - tower 18 in July 2018
