The existing development includes 50 apartment units, each o which includes or more bedrooms. There are currently 00 bedrooms. The scope of the proposed project is limited to adding 1 additional bedroom to each of the 50 units, thereby resulting in 50 bedrooms. The project excludes any exterio work and earth disturbance. The property is eligible for the above described scope of work, subject to the following: 1.)
