The Greater Manchester Archaeological Journal aims to fulfil that need and to provide a medium through which local groups and individuals can publish the results of their work., The journal will be published annually and contributions on any aspect of the region's history or archaeology (maximum 10,000 words) may be submitted to the editor at any time up to 1 September of the publication year. The editor will gladly provide guidance notes to the contributors on request.
