Genesis Engineering shall prvide services fr lt grading plan review, field inspectin, and revisins t the Drainage Master Plan n a time and material basis. All fees shall be the respnsibility f the Builder and shall be paid prir t sealing f the lt grading plan. 2. Article 5.4, E and F, are amended in their entirety t read as fllws: E.
