ITN 15TM-122 Off-Campus Housing Solutions Notification of Short-Listing and Posting of Proposers Thursday, February 19, 2015 The Evaluation Committee convened on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 to review and evaluate the submitted proposals according to the evaluation criteria contained in the original advertised ITN. Based upon the discussions and the evaluation of the Proposers strengths and weakness, the Evaluation Committee has developed a short list of Proposers. The Evaluation Committee collectively decided to elevate the top two (2) Proposers with which to enter into negotiations. Any person wishing to protest this Addendum must comply with the Florida BOG Regulation 18.002, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The written protest must be sent to the Authorized University Representative, Kari L. Kennedy, 4700 Research Way, Lakeland, Florida 33805-8531 and accompanied by a protest bond in the amount of $25,000, pursuant to section 255.0516, Florida Statutes. Failure to timely file a protest or failure to timely deliver the required bond or other security in accordance with Florida BOG Regulations 18.002 and 18.003 shall constitute a waiver of protest proceedings.
