Zoning Reglations Stratford Light Indstrial District (MA) Connectict 06615 10.2.4 Reclassification of light indstrial zones All those areas of the Town of Stratford legally zoned as light indstrial at the time of the adoption of these reglations is hereby inclded in and declared to be District MA. All ses legally existing in light indstrial zones as conforming ses at the time of the adoption of these reglations may be contined as conforming ses at the same locations, bt none may be extended excepted in conformity with all the reqirements of these reglations for District MA. 10.2.5 Uses prohibited All other ses are prohibited, inclding bt not limited to the following: 10.2.5.l. Garbage and refse incineration or the dmping of refse matter not originating on the premises, except on property owned by and operated for the Town of Stratford, sbject to approval by the Zoning Commission as a Special Case in accordance with Section 20 of these Reglations. Any manfactring process or treatment, or storage or handling of fel, material or waste, giving off objectionable noise, dst or vibration or noisome or noxios fmes or odors noticeable off the premises. 10.2.5.3.
