Healthcare Valuations Central London Medical Centre Solicitors Expert Appointment The property is used as a medical centre on the lower floors and with residential flats on the upper floors. The valuation was undertaken on appointment by the courts in order to assist with a matrimonial dispute. North England Pharmacy Private Purchaser Loan Security A stand alone pharmacy with 85% of business from NHS sources and 15% OTC sales. The pharmacy has been owned for a long period of time and the vendor is looking to retire. The valuation was undertaken on behalf of an existing pharmacy operator in order to raise finance for the purchase. South West England Children s Day Nursery Portfolio Broker Loan Security The property is part of a large portfolio, which is one of the best groups in the south west of England. The valuation was undertaken in order to raise finance for the purchase of two other day nurseries.
Healthcare Valuations North England Care Home National Trust Consultancy Report The property comprises a converted, former residential dwelling which is owned freehold and leased to a tenant/operator on a 90 year term at market rent. We were instructed to undertake a review of the business to assist with an application made by the tenant to extend the property to the rear. This involved a detailed feasibility study of the local area. Greater London Specialist Care Home (LD and MH) and Supported Living Portfolio Bank Loan Security/Refinance A group of 11 units (three trading and one start up trading home, five trading supported living units and two start up supported living units). The valuation was undertaken in order to raise finance for the purchase of another home. Midlands Nursing Home Private Individual Loan Security The property comprises a period conversion nursing home with close care apartments within the grounds. The owner is seeking to construct further close care units and also build staff accommodation. The property has many original features and is Grade II Listed. The valuation was undertaken in order to raise finance for the proposed works.
