Description of the criteria for the selection of offers The evaluation of offers will be made by awarding points sent in offers in the accepted criterion, adopting the principle that 1% = 1 point Points for the price criterion will be calculated by: The price of the cheapest offer / bid price studied x 100 = number of points The best bid will be considered the offer with the highest score. 4. Description of the method of preparation of offers: Offers submitted in response to a request must be submitted using the form which constitutes Attachment No. 1 to the inquiry and signed by the person authorized to make statements on behalf of the offerent and must include: Dane oferenta 1.
