JC Precinct Plan Transportation The second phase of Joyce-Collingwood Station upgrades will: Allow for improved bus service Create a AAA off-street BC Parkway connection across Joyce Street Change Vanness Avenue to one-way westbound between McGeer Street and the lane west of Joyce Street Improve the sidewalk network Provide an accessible north-south walking pathway under the SkyTrain guideway at Ann Street Consider options for a northeastsouthwest cycling route 12

Site-by-site applicant initiated rezoning Each rezoning application will be reviewed for compliance with the Plan and will be the subject of a separate Public Hearing CAC proposals to be guided by the PBS and community advice 21
