Buying a home at Canterbury Court Reservation and Deposit Upon reservation the Purchaser must pay a deposit of 1000.00 subject to contract. The Purchaser must also provide full details of their solicitor, so that Preston Bennett, our selling agent, can contact them in due course. If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled by Giles Homes before the exchange date, the deposit will be returned in full.
