The Property An attractive block of mainly arable land which will be of interest to investors, developers and land purchasers. It extends to approximately 210.88 acres (85.33 hectares). Directions From the centre of Dorchester (Top o Town roundabout), take the B3147 north towards Charminster and the A37. Proceed on the A37 towards Yeovil and Maiden Newton and take the right hand turning to Charminster. Follow for ¼ mile through the village and take the left hand turning on to Wanchard Lane (signposted Charminster Depot.
