Sold Condo Recap... st Quarter Real Estate Sales Recap for Dare & Currituck County Total residential sales in the st quarter produced mixed results. The good news is both the average and median sales price for all residential sales increased compared to Q 7. In fact, the $8,888 residential average sales price is the highest it has been since! However, the number of total residential units sold decreased by 7 for the quarter. The average days on the market was 8 which represents a 8 improvement over last year when the average for the st Quarter was! Both Single family and land were down in number of units sold. Condos & townhomes led the way with a increase in units. Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty is the top producing firm in both units and sales volume. In fact, we ended the st quarter with a increase in sales volume and had a record breaking quarter! Highlights for Dare & Currituck County: Condo/Townhouse 8 7 8 Did you know that CB Seaside sold the most property in the million plus price range? Yes! Of the 7 properties that were sold from April, 7 March, 8 CB Seaside agents sold the most!
