To reserve a property, you need to complete and sign this AST pack (sections 1 7), and pay the securing deposit of one week s rent. To avoid disappointment, it is in your interest to return the completed forms and monies quickly, so that we can process your application. If you are in a hurry to move into the property it is important to ensure your securing deposit clears quickly (online bank transfer is quickest). 2.2. Until we receive a completed application form and your deposit we will continue to advertise our property and show prospective tenants around, which means you are at risk of losing this property to another applicant. 2.3.
