The plot area of land is 0.50 acres. The proposed built-up area shall be about 60,000 Sqft which may vary as per direction of Cantonment Board Jhansi. Approximate estimated project cost is Rs.20.00 Crores. Envisaged Concept Cantonment Board Jhansi (JCB) invites Expression of interest with proposed concept from reputed developers with proven track record for the selection of private partners to Develop, Finance, Build Operate and Maintain 'SHOPPING MALL WITH MULTIPLEX, FOOD COURT &FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE (FEC)' on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for a period of 30 years under Public Private Participation (PPP) Mode, AT Sy. No.136/37 MG Road, Sadar Bazar Jhansi Cantt, Uttar Pradesh. MG Road is in the heart of Sadar Bazar all around Army and Jhansi Nagar Nigam most potential 'Commercial & Trading Centre'. The proposed location is in the midst of Cantt area. The proposed location is about 3.0 Kms, from Jhansi Railway Station, 2.0 Kms from Bus Stand Jhansi. The proposed main project component are Shopping Mall with Multiplex, Food Court & Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) and of Parking in basement floor. This Project is envisaged as Retail Mall with Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment Components.
