Tofte Hus Tofte, MN This 2+ acre commercial parcel is located on the North Shore of Lake Superior in Tofte, Minnesota. The view from this land is incredible, overlooking Lake Superior with approximately 370 feet of Hwy 61 frontage making it very accessible. The west building is a one-story building on a slab and is mostly complete with windows on both the north and south sides. The south side faces the Tofte Park and Lake Superior. The interior is mostly finished with beautiful timbers and light fixtures and scenes painted on the walls. The electricity is in. There is a fireplace on the west end of the building and great doors which open to the courtyard. These doors are finished to match the ceiling timbers. This property is next to the one-lane park road and right across from the beautiful Tofte Park with a quarter mile of Lake Superior shoreline with the local boat launch, pavilion, rock shoreline and concrete bridges built by the original settlers. Tofte is approximately 80 miles northeast of Duluth and is noted for its popular resort, Blue Fin Bay.
