LOCATION Broadford Farm Land is located just south of the village of Broadford, on the eastern side of the Isle of Skye. The farm benefits from local amenities and breath-taking landscapes, sitting both in the shadow of Beinn na Caillich and less than two miles from Broadford Bay. ACCESS From the Kyle of Lochalsh, travel west over the Skye bridge on the A87 for approximately 9 miles. Once in the village of Broadford, turn left on to the B8083 and travel south for approximately 500m to the start of Lot 1. Lot 1 and 2 are situated to the west of the B8083; and Lot 3 to the east. DESCRIPTION The land sits just south of Broadford Village on the south-west corner of Broadford Bay. The area is overlooked by the Eastern Cullins and is well known for its variety of wildlife. The Bay itself is home to a diverse collection of marine life, including otters and occasional Orca whales. Bird enthusiasts are often evident in the area due to sightings of Whopper swans, Brent geese, Red Throated divers and Black Tailed godwits in the area. LOT 1 Development Plot Lot 1 comprises a small, potential housing development plot, just off the B8088 and sits adjacent to additional housing within Broadford Village.
