ASSET MANAGEMENT Investment is part of our DNA and we at H&H understand what it is to develop a project based on a business plan. From overseeing real estate investments and providing investment advisory consultancy services to handling every aspect of your residential or commercial property. OWNERS ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT Being one of the few licensed companies that can undertake this relatively new and upcoming service in the property market, H&H brings substantial experience in this field, by applying its asset and property management expertise to each and every one of the owners in a property under management. Our Owners Association services include but are not limited to: answering and logging phone calls, handling maintenance problems as directed by the Owners Association board, interviewing service contractors and going over estimates, advise individuals or Owners Association board on maintenance issues, inspection of properties, budgeting and service charge collection. H&H has a team that deal with real estate in a holistic manner. We are able to draw the required expertise from all of our departments, to meet the different goals and to make a difference.
SALES & LEASING H&H Sales and Leasing team is experienced in negotiating the complexities of buying and selling commercial and residential real estate. Our brokerage team is well versed and well trained to deal with the numerous complex, yet inevitable problems that arise in the course of a transaction. By utilizing a range of channels from software portals, print media to personal contacts, our agents have built a network that guarantees that leasing or sales are achieved in the minimum possible time depending on the requirements of our clients.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT We believe that prevention is much better than cure. We are meticulous in recording the entry condition of properties and document everything with comprehensive photos, while conducting regular inspections on all our properties to ensure that problems are identified and dealt with at an early stage. H&H undertakes the full facilities management scope either directly through its subsidiary H&H Cleaning Services or through third party service providers, which, it manages in order to ensure the property is maintained in a preventive manner.
