How to Find It Go to http://www.ouroneplace.net Choose My CMA CMA: Manage CMA Choose CMA. To create a new CMA, enter a name for the CMA and choose Create New CMA CMA: Overview The Overview page displays the status of the main components of your CMA. Choose Next
CMA: Manage Prospect Enter your prospect s information and choose Save If the prospect is already entered as one of your One Place Contacts, select Choose From Contacts and the information will auto populate. If the prospect has not been added to your One Place Contacts, select Add To Contacts. Choose Next CMA: Search Comparables To access comparable properties by MLS number, enter all of the MLS numbers of the properties that you would like to use in your CMA. Choose Find Comparables To run a search for the comparable properties that you would like to use, enter your search criteria in the search form provided and select Find Comparables.
When the results of either the MLS or the Full Search display, select the properties that you would like to include in your CMA by placing a check mark in the check box next to each property preview. Choose Save This Search Criteria if you would like to save the criteria of your search Choose Save Selected Comps Choose Next
CMA: Manage Comparables Your selected listings display with a summary of Currently Selected Comparables at the top. Each property has a comment box allowing you to post comments that will display on the finished CMA. CMA Maintenance: Manage Adjustments You can also add Adjustments to any of your Sold comparables by choosing the Adj link located next to the property photos. Enter the Adjustment Description (Ex. No garage), the Adjustment Value (Ex. -3000) and a value for the items Sort Order (Ex. a) Choose Add/Update Adjustment To add additional adjustments simply repeat the steps above. When you have completed all property adjustments, choose Next
CMA: Manage Subject Property You may access the subject property from an existing listing by Searching by MLS Number or by Address or you can enter it in by selecting Add New Subject Property. CMA: Manage Subject Property The Add Subject Property form allows you to enter a full detailed description of the subject property. Required fields are noted in red. Choose Add Subject Property when you have completed the form. Choose Next
CMA: Custom Letter / Agent Bio and CMA: Manage Form Letter / Agent Bio The Custom Letter / Agent Bio page allows you to add or edit your personal bio information. To create a saved bio that will be automatically attached to all of your CMA s, choose the Form Letter / Bio tab, enter your bio information into all of the individual sections and choose Save. Once you have a saved bio in the system, the saved information will automatically display when you choose the Custom Letter / Bio section of a CMA. You can also edit or customize the saved bio information for each individual CMA by making your changes in the Custom Letter / Bio section of each CMA. You can also update your permanently saved bio information at any time by selecting the Form Letter / Bio tab, making your changes and choosing Save. In summary; To save a permanent bio accessible for every CMA that you create, use the Form / Letter / Bio tab. To create or edit a bio on an individual CMA, use the Custom Letter / Bio section.
CMA: Generate CMA The Generate CMA section is where you determine which of the individual page selections you would like to use for your CMA. You can choose between pre-set default packages and saved customized packages. Select Generate Company Packaged CMA and choose Full CMA 1up to create a full CMA with your comparable properties printing 1 to a page or choose Full CMA 2 up to create a full CMA with your comparable properties printing 2 to a page. Select Comparables Map if you would just like to generate a map of your comparables. A comparables map is generated with a Full CMA and it s also available as an option to include in the custom packages but this option allows you to just create a comparables map on its own if need be. Select Generate Custom CMA to create and save your own custom CMA pages package. Move the items that you would like to include in your CMA from the column on the left to the column on the right by either dragging and dropping or by selecting each item and choosing Move >>. You can remove items the same way, by dragging and dropping or by selecting an item and choosing <<Move. Once you have your package the way that you want it, choose Save These Page Selections. Give the package a name and choose Save. Your saved packages are immediately available to access from the My CMA Packages drop down menu when you select Generate Custom CMA.
CMA: Manage CMA Packages To manage your saved packages, select the My Packages tab. You can update your default package by selecting the radio button next to any of your custom packages and choosing Set Default. You can also delete a package from this window by selecting the package and choosing Delete Selected Packages. You may also select a saved custom package, add or remove pieces, and create a new custom package based on the old package and can create a new package from scratch by choosing Add New Package. The CMA will take a while to generate depending on how many pages your package contains. When your CMA is generated, choose View Your CMA to view and print, choose Email Your CMA to send your CMA via email.
