Members noted that the Consultancy were offering to attend a Committee meeting to speak to Members. During discussion, concerns were expressed mainly regarding highway issues and traffic movements. Following further discussion (a) To note the Chairman s Announcements (b) To seek an officer from West Sussex County Council Highways to attend the May Committee meeting to address the concerns raised; together with other concerns across the Parish (c) That the Planning Consultancy s offer be declined 63
