PUBLIC COMMENTS: None II. AGENDA STATUS REPORT: III. MINUTES: The Minutes of November 3, 2014 will be -considered abstained) to: approve the November 3, 2014 minutes as amended. IV. MBAR MEMBERS INFORMATIONAL BRIEFINGS: Dorinne Lee Johnson attended the LUC meeting on Nov. 4th, re: Miramar presentation. Caruso Affiliates announced their story poles will be installed by December, 1st through the 15th. Suggestion: It may be a good time to have a site visit on Dec. 1, before our regular meeting. MPC will have a special hearing on the Miramar on Monday Dec. 15th, at 9 am.

Page 2 Ms. Johnson also attended the Montecito Association meeting on Nov. 11th, re: the County 101 schematic drawings on the two roundabouts on the San Ysidro Roadd bridge and how it would impact the Miramar by taking part of their property away where the parking is located and it would impact our semi-rural community. Claire Gottsdanker also attended reported that the county was looking at a possible interchange at San Ysidro Road and did a presentation on the possibilites. The Miramar group was very clear that this would not work for them. Ms. Gottsdanker reported that none of the proposals were well received. Zoraida Abresch offered to coordinate a presentation from Santa Barbara County Public Works to the MBAR member s regarding this. V. STAFF UPDATE: None CONSENT AGENDA: C-1. 14BAR-00000-00016 Richards Trust Additions & Detached Garage 665 San Ysidro Lane 14LUP-00000-00030 (Kimberley McCarthy, Planner 568-2005) Ridgeline: N/A Request of Peter Becker, architect for the owner, Kim Richards, to consider Case No. 14BAR-00000-00016 for final approval on consent of the conversion of the existing attached garage of approximately 500 into habitable space, construction of a new attached garage of approximately 498 square feet, construction of a new detached garage approximately 232 square feet, an enclosure of the existing roofed balcony adding approximately 238 square feet to the existing pool cabana, reconfiguration and extension of the entry porch, motor court and the construction of a detached trellis/pergola. The following structures currently exist on the parcel: a single family dwelling of approximately 4,082 square feet, an attached garage of approximately 500 square feet and an attached cabana of approximately 412 square feet. The proposed project will not require any cut and approximately 20 cubic yards of fill.
