The centre consists of a large format full line Bernardi s Marketplace supermarket plus Liquor, Discount Daves variety store, Hair Salon & 4 specialty shops ranging from 57sqm 68sqm with street level parking for 96 cars The centre is currently going through major refurbishments, and due for completion in October 2015. The improvements are being made to create a warm and inviting shopping centre for Blayney to draw more consumers from outlying centres to Blayney to help boost the local economy. The works currently being completed include: - New flooring - New LED lighting - Upgrade to the painting & signage both internal & external - Reverse cycle heating and cooling - 2 new air locks to both entry/exits - Upgraded amenities - Upgrade to the car park including replacement of the concrete curbs in the entry and exit, pedestrian crossing to improve the safety for shoppers & lighting to make it safer for customers that shop in the evenings VISION Currently the space consists of 4 store s ranging from 57m2 to 68.2m2, available for retail space. RESERVATION FEE (to be completed for NSW properties only) NSW ONLY - Complete this section if you wish to reserve the property for a period of time. The Reservation Fee is equivalent to one week s rent to hold the property for a period of 7 days only, starting from the day the Reservation Fee is paid to the Agent (the Reservation Period).
