Each of the Co-Owners of Springmill Lakes along with the owners of Tamarack Seventeen Homeowners Association is a voting member of the Recreational Corporation. Our Nature Preserve is inspected every five years by the Department of Natural Resources in order to maintain tax exempt status for this portion of our property. Paths are cut in spring, summer and fall for your walking convenience to view the flora and fauna of each season. The Recreational Corporation has its own officers, board, and budget.
