Unit 10 Management of Rights This lesson demonstrates how easements can be administrated by LUM. The first example will show you an easement in gross coverage a connecting passage. It explains how to map the technical infrastructure in PM (line section, masts, object connectors) and how to connect these items in PM with the parcels of land in LUM. You can create the contract for easement of external parcels in LUM and the corresponding entries in land registers. The second example will show you the special easement of a heritable building right (land lease right). Therefore will be created in LUM the leasehold contract and a land register for heritable building rights.
