Roger Neuenschwander FAIA Past President and Executive Chairman Roger began his architectural career with tvsdesign in 1973 serving as an apprentice architect with the Omni International (Currently CNN Center) project team. As a registered design professional, he developed both a deep interest and a keen appreciation of the special nature which business applications have on an architectural practice. Based on his work experience and desire to expand on his business management skills, he returned to school and received his MBA in 1976 from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. Thomas W. Ventulett III FAIA Design Advisor One of the founding principals of Thompson, Ventulett Stainback & Associates, Tom Ventulett is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors. He is also Design Quality Assurance Director for the firm s architectural projects. Since the firm inception in 1968, tvsdesign has been honored with over 275 design awards including a National AIA Honor Award for McCormick Place in Chicago and Honor Award - Urban Design for the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. In 2002, tvsdesign received the National Architecture Firm Award, the highest honor bestowed by the American Institute of Architects. Kevin D. Gordon AIA LEED AP Principal Since joining tvsdesign, Kevin has served as the lead designer on numerous significant domestic and international projects ranging in type from office towers to award winning public assembly facilities, including Nashville s award winning Music City Center, the Nanjing China International Exposition Center and the new College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta With over 35 years in the profession, his experience includes master planning, project design, and large scale project management both in the United States and worldwide. He specializes in creating environmental, aesthetic and functional built environments which derive inspiration through program, client dialogue and completion of a greater context narrative. Being a LEED accredited architect, Kevin considers sustainability a priority in design. His clients have included private developers, government agencies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. As a Design Principal and member of the Board of Directors of tvsdesign, Kevin oversees the Design Review program within the firm and sets strategic design goals for future growth. He has also taken an active role in the education of future architects and has served as a guest lecturer and design reviewer at collegiate campuses across the country.

Scott Marble AIA Scott Marble is a founding partner of Marble Fairbanks Architects in New York and was recently appointed Professor and William H. Harrison Chair of the School of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology. He was previously Associate Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation where he was Director of Fabrication Research from 2004 2008 and Director of Integrated Design from 2009-2015. During this time, Scott also directed The Columbia Building Intelligence Project (CBIP), an industry-funded pilot research project exploring technology-enabled collaborative processes in design. He was honored with the 2014 Award of Excellence for Innovative Academic Programs from ACADIA, The Association for Computer-Aided Design in Architecture in recognition of this project. Scott is a frequent lecturer in the area of digital technologies and industry and recently completed the book Digital Workflows in Architecture: Design, Assembly, Industry published by Birkhauser. His firm, Marble Fairbanks has received numerous local, national, and international design awards including AIA Design Awards, Architect magazine s R+D award, pa (Progressive Architecture) award and Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Awards. In 2008, the Museum of Modern Art commissioned their project, Flatform for the exhibition Home Delivery: Fabricating the Modern Dwelling. Their most recently completed project, Glen Oaks Branch Library, was selected as both the Public Choice and the Editor s Choice for American-Architects Building of the Year, 2013. Scott and his partner, Karen Fairbanks, were the Charles and Ray Eames Lecturers at the University of Michigan in 2004 and their book, Marble Fairbanks: Bootstrapping, was published on the occasion of that event. The work of Marble Fairbanks is published regularly in books, journals and news media and has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world including the Architectural Association in London, the Nara Prefectural Museum of Art in Japan and the Museum of Modern Art in New York where their drawings are part of the museum s permanent collection. Scott received his Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M University. In 2012 he was a recipient of the Outstanding Alumni Award from Texas A&M University.
