This building aims to please, provides easy access for all age groups, and is handicap accessible (Note: condo contains some 34" doors). A fully equipped kitchen, that includes 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots, Keurig, waffle maker, crock pot, etc. Our condo contains 7 cable LCD TV's (approximately 100 channels), 2 streaming Blu Ray DVD players, in unit free Wifi, and in building free Wifi. This property is located on South Ocean Blvd, near 27th Ave South, in the Myrtle Beach South area. Banana boat rides, para-sailing, and jet ski rentals are available at Downwind Sails Watersports, a short walk down the beach. Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are located at Market Commons, a short 2 mile drive west of the condo. Bath towels and linens are included with each rental. Our condo sleeps a maximum of 14 people, which assumes a mixture of adults & children. Some of the beds are not suitable for adults (ie bunk bed).
