Under the apprved Develpment Permit, the parking requirements were calculated fllwing the Zning By-law requirements in effect at the time, which were: space per 00 square metres (,075 sq. ft.) f grss flr area fr Light Impact Industrial Uses, including ancillary ffice use; 3 spaces per 00 square metres (,075 sq. ft.) f grss flr area fr Office Uses n the grund flr and belw; and 2 spaces per 00 square metres (,075 sq. ft.) f grss flr area fr Office Uses n flrs abve the grund.
