PLANNING CONSENT The site has the benefit of outline planning consent granted on appeal under reference: APP/Q3115/W/15/3035899 dated 19 May 2016 for: Outline planning permission for the demolition of existing structures and residential development up to 65 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated works including means of access, with all other matters (relating to appearance, landscaping, scale and layout) reserved at land to the east of Newington Road, Stadhampton, Oxfordshire Supporting the planning consent is a Section 106 agreement securing the delivery of financial contributions and affordable housing provisions. The Planning Inspector when making his decision has removed any requirement to deliver the Highway Works as defined in Schedule 5 of the Section 106 and in addition the Bus Service contribution has been reduced from 620,000 to 400,000.
