introduction WillowPark Contracting Ltd was founded in 2001 by the current directors Francis Donegan and Alan Walshe. Since its incorporation WillowPark has grown in size and reputation. We have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Restoration / Refurbishment and Conservation. We are proud of our success in delivering complex projects and believe our success is achieved through relentless attention to detail and an experienced team who put the customer s satisfaction above all other factors. WillowPark continues to deliver by investing in training and research, into traditional and modern building techniques, from restoration of historic building to smart technology. While the industry has changed over the past two decades, the ambitions and goals of our company remain constant; delivery of quality service, highest standards, cost control and a safe working environment, all of which have remained constant.
WillowPark Profile WillowPark have a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors, from mixed use developments, both new build and refurbishment, underpinning, basement construction, conservation, fitout, high end residential, commercial development and contract maintenance. Director Driven every day. The directors of WillowPark play an active role in all projects and are on hand and on site to ensure that each project receives the focused attention that is required to keep projects on track. Francis Donegan (director / engineer) has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Before founding WillowPark, Francis spent many years working with one of Europe's leading contractors as commercial project manager, before joining and eventually running WillowPark in 2001. Francis genuine interest in construction is evident in all that WillowPark deliver. Alan Walshe (director / surveyor) also has over 20 years experience in the Irish construction industry. Shannon Development, De Beers, Intel, Citywest were among the list of satisfied customers that Alan worked with before incorporating WillowPark with Francis. Alan has a wealth of experience across all sectors of construction.
