SCHEDULE B - SECTION I REQUIREMENTS The following requirements must be met: 1. Mortgage encumbering the estate or interest in land as described on Schedule A executed by To Be Determined, single (or, with spouse, if married), to TO BE DETERMINED to secure the payment of a note in the principal amount equal to the amount insured hereunder. NOTE: If mortgagor(s) is/are married; spouse(s) must join in the mortgage. 2. Pay the full consideration to, or for the account, of the grantors or mortgagors. 3. Pay all taxes, charges, assessments, levied and assessed against subject premises, which are due and payable. 4. Satisfactory evidence should be had that improvements and/or repairs or alterations thereto are completed; that contractor, sub-contractor, labor and materialmen are all paid; and have released of record all liens or notice of intent to perfect a lien for labor and material. 5.
