Melear Pod A Homeowners Association Approval Procedures Application for Purchase/Lease Attached are the documents that need to be filled out, in their entirety, in order to receive association approval to purchase or lease a unit at Melear Pod A HOA. The following are the procedures for submitting an application: 1. An incomplete application will not be accepted. 2. The application must be submitted to the administration office at least 30 business days prior to the commencement of the contract. 3. The completed application must include a copy of the executed contract for sale and/or lease. 4. There is a $150.00 non-refundable application fee. A criminal report and background check will be done directly. Money order or Cashier Check $100.00 made out to Melear Pod A and $50.00 Payable to Condominium Concepts. 5. For Rentals, we require a $1000.00 security deposit made out to Melear Pod A. This will be deposited in a non-interest bearing account to be refunded upon the satisfaction of any inspection for damages to common area upon move out. Melear Pod A Homeowner Association APPROVAL CHECKLIST Application must be completed in detail and will not be processed without signature of all purchasers or lessees as well as the fees requested on the first page of this application. The contract must be included with the application. Any incomplete forms will be returned or disapproved. Each applicant must complete a separate application unless married, must provide a driver s license photo ID and SS Number. Enclosed with application, the applicant will obtain from the owner a copy of the Rules and Regulations (must abide by the Rules and Regulations) and the Declaration. You will be assigned mail box keys from current owner. Occupancy prior to final approval is prohibited. Any purchaser who moves in without the association s approval with be subject to immediate legal action. Melear Pod A Homeowners Association Acknowledgement of Rules and Regulations RULES AND REGULATIONS The understated, in consideration for the approval of Melear Pod A HOA for the purpose of owning or lease of address: hereby agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the declaration of condominium, articles of incorporation, by-laws and rules and regulations of Melear Pod A HOA.
